USCIS Approved the I-924 and I-526 Exemplar Documents For the 1900 Broadway Project.

Behring is proud to announce that USCIS has approved our exemplar I-526 and project I-924 petitions for the 1900 Broadway project debt-style investment fund, BRC Partners V LP, and EB-5 investors can have complete faith that the investment and job creation strategy is fully compliant with USCIS’s requirements for EB-5. The project was directly approved in about 17 months time and no RFE was ever issued. Congratulations to our I-924 consultant team for another fantastic job well done!

Berkeley Regional Center LLC Filed for Name Change to Behring Regional Center

In February 2019, our regional center, Berkeley Regional Center Fund LLC DBA Behring Companies, a USCIS approved EB-5 Regional Center with ID 1316551161 filed with USCIS to change the Regional Center entity name to Behring Regional Center LLC (“Behring Regional Center”) to simplify our platform’s marketing identity. We formally filed the entity name change with the California Secretary of State and we filed a new I-924 project petition (I-526 exemplar) for the BRC Legacy Partners LP fund that mentions the name change in the “Matter of Ho” compliant business plan and securities offering documents.
