What is the EB-5 Application Process?
The EB-5 process comprises of 3 basic stages:

Initiate the EB-5 investment and file the I-526 petition.

After I-526 approval, file the I-485 to adjust status or DS-260 for consular processing. Once approved, the 2-year conditional residence period begins.

File the I-829 petition to remove conditions any time 90 days before the end of the 2-year conditional residence period.
To get started, the EB-5 investor should do the following:
- Complete due diligence on a chosen EB-5 project.
- Fill out the Investor Questionnaire and verify Accredited Investor status.
- Hire an immigration lawyer.
- Prepare the source of funds documents.
- Execute the subscription documents.
- Transfer investment funds and fees to the EB-5 project.
- File the the I-526 petition.
