The Grad was fully subscribed, completed construction, and was sold in 2021.

The Basic Income Profile strikes a balance between earning a higher yield than loan-style investments but not taking the same risks as common equity. Yields start at 5% preferred returns. Investments are placed in the form of Preferred Equity.

The Wealth Builder Profile is for investors seeking to maximize their return potential and seek returns in excess of 15% IRR after fees. These "joint-venture" style investments are placed in the form of common equity and investors can participate in the cash flow and appreciation of invested assets.
