The Landing at College Square is a completed EB-5 project whereas the construction is 100% complete, certificates of occupancy obtained and currently all final adjudicated I-526 petitions have been approved by USCIS. The Landing at College Square is east of the southeast corner of West Stockton Blvd. and Kastanis Way in the College Square PUD. The area surrounding the project is mixed use with existing and planned commercial uses to the north and west, multi-family uses to the east and west, and single family residential neighborhoods to the south. The project site is irregular in shape with a total of 10.3. acres.

Project Overview

The Landing at College Square is a Behring Regional Center EB-5 investment, created in partnership with USA Properties Fund Inc. to deliver a modern, gated multifamily rental community in Elk Grove, California. With $49.5 million in total development costs, including $7 million in EB-5 financing, the Project provided 270 units across 12 three-story residential buildings, featuring one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts along with community amenities such as a clubhouse, business center, fitness center, swimming pool, children’s play area, and landscaped outdoor recreation space.

The Project completed construction and was subsequently sold in 2017, repaying 100% of the EB-5 Partnership’s loan. The Project created 224 jobs, exceeding the minimum job creation requirement for the EB-5 Partnership by over 70%.
