EB-5 Project Update
Construction to Date
The Graduate project began construction in December 2017. The tower’s superstructure was completed in October 2018 and the garage superstructure was completed in January 2019. The elevator installation began in March 2019, dry wall installation began in April 2019. Framing is over 50% complete, MEP rough installations are over 75% complete, and the window wall installation is over 90% complete.
Construction Over the Next Four Months
- Metal Panel Installations: Beginning in May
- Window Wall Installations: Finishing in May
- Street Utility Work: Beginning in May and June
- Unit Finishes: Beginning in May and June
- Garage Finish Installations: Beginning July
- Elevator Installations: Finishing in August

Finding Parking

- Outside of Cinnaholic (115 E San Carlos St, San Jose, CA 95112)
Situational Awareness
- When visiting near the project site, be mindful of construction equipment and vehicles.
Commute times
- Traffic is typically heavy in and around San Jose during commuting hours (Monday – Friday: 6 AM to 10 AM, 4 PM to 7 PM). If possible, we recommend visiting the project site on a Saturday or Sunday in the morning or early afternoon to avoid freeway traffic on the way to or from of San Jose.
