The Big, Beautiful Certification of the EB-5 Program

• All existing protections for good-faith investors under the RIA continue to apply.

• This law ensures that agencies like USCIS, the State Department and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) remain operational, allowing them to continue processing EB-5 petitions, adjudicating I-526/I-526E applications, and overseeing regional center compliance.
