EB-5 Extended Through November 21, 2019 Through Another Continuing Resolution

On Friday, September 27th, 2019, the President signed a spending package that included a continuing resolution extending various aspects of 2019 appropriations, including EB-5 regional center program authorization, through November 21, 2019 as part of H.R. 4378 – Continuing Appropriations Act, 2020, and Health Extenders Act of 2019.
