Behring celebrates the New Year with major approval announcements.

The Immigrant Investor Program Office (IPO) turned its focus to Behring’s 1900 Broadway projects during a historically slow period of Government production.  They approved both I-956F forms for the debt and equity funds on November 30, 2023.  Then 18 days later, on December 18, 2023 they approved our first post-RIA investor who filed in September of 2022 in the Max Protection fund, BRCV. 

It is somewhat encouraging to consider that this investor was not the first priority date within the fund and we will be watching more after the holidays to monitor the pace of adjudications.  You can check your own receipt number on the USCIS Case Status page.
